There are some instances where you may need to transfer your system and service to a new or different Base Station—such as replacing a faulty Base Station or transferring to a new Base Station when you move. To do so, please follow the below steps.
- Open the SimpliSafe mobile app
- Open the app menu by tapping the three bar icon (≡)
- Choose "active new service"
- Choose "transfer monitoring"
- Scan the QR code located on the bottom of your new Base Station with your phone, or enter the serial number (also located on the bottom of the Base Station) manually
- Follow the on-screen instructions to continue transferring to replacement Base Station
