You're looking for the Monitoring Certificate, which can be found on your online account. Once you've activated Monitoring Service (either the $19.99 Standard or the $29.99 Interactive Plan), you can navigate by logging in:

@jimkobylecky once you get to the Monitoring page (step 2 in my instructions above), the [Download Certificate] button should just be on the top right. It should look like this:
Of course, that is assuming that you have Monitoring Service already activated. If not, the Monitoring section won't appear for you at all.
