Referral Bonus Not showing up

My daughter purchased a system by clicking through my referral email I generated through the SS app.  She activated the service on 8/4/24 and I haven't received an indication that my benefit is active.  Thank you.

Hi @dkad1111, 

How long ago did your daughter purchase her system? You should receive an email with your virtual girl card 45 days after your daughter made her purchase.

@emily_s​ What is the written process on this referral offer? I can see why SS would mandate a 60 day waiting period since a customer could return it for a refund during that period, but 45 days seems to make no sense. If you can post the link that documents this process and highlight it in the community, that will help future inquiries like this.

@captain11​ I totally hear you - a 60 day waiting period does make sense with our return policy. But, as you know, we work with a third party for referrals, and 45 days is their policy.

@dkad1111 Another customer posted about the exact same scenario two weeks ago, his daughter in fact. SS responded they farm it out to a 3rd party, which of course, is no excuse since they picked the 3rd party. Recommend you call support, select customer service and report the issue and politely request a callback within 24 hours. No doubt the "3rd party" flubbed it again.

In all fairness to SS my daughter purchased her system maybe a week ago.  She activated everything on 8/4/24 so if the wait for the bonus is 45 days (or 60) I understand....
