There was an item missing in part of my order. However, it was listed on the invoice as being shipped and inside the box. How do I get that item?

my doorbell did not have the block in it, we did not know one came with it. please send me the block

@dpouler suggest you use the chat function or call in to support to address your request.
@dpouler As Captain11 mentioned, if you contact our Support team they will be able to send the Video Doorbell's wedge kit to you.
