To refer a friend and receive your gift card, follow these steps:
Create a referral account with your full name and email address associated with your SimpliSafe® account.
After you create your account, you will have the option to refer your friends by word of mouth, email, or link
If you choose to share by word of mouth, you can tell your friends to input your full name and email address as a referral when they purchase their new SimpliSafe® system
If you choose to share via email, this will draft an email message that you can then send to your friends. Once your friend receives the email, they may use the included link to purchase their new SimpliSafe® system, or enter your name at checkout
If you choose to share via link, you will receive a link to send directly to your friends through text, messaging apps, or email. Once your friend receives the link, they may use it directly to purchase their new SimpliSafe® system, or enter your name at checkout
Once your friend has been referred to SimpliSafe® verbally, they may visit our website and add a system to their cart
In their cart, they will see the “Been referred by a friend?” option. There, they can input your full name and email address
Note: your friend must input your name exactly how you did when creating your referral account
After putting in your name and email address, your friend will see the referral offer applied to their cart
If your friend uses your discount code to complete a purchase, you will receive an email 35 days later with instructions on how to claim your Visa gift card

Your friends and family have 45 days to click through the link provided to activate their discount and for you to receive your reward.
