Outdoor camera problem stuck in NTP aquistion

Again. Camera not responding . Seems to be locked up in bootstrap. It is acquiring network address, and proceeds to reach out to random NTP servers,  but never tries to stream or contact  your *.Amazonaws.com servers.

Problem happened when camera battery died..had latest firmware. 

IMO app needs the ability to check for firmware updates and ahluldnhave ability to remotely boot camera as most of your customers would have these cams out of normal reach.

When you use the Connection Check tool in the SimpliSafe mobile app, what do you see? That should help us troubleshoot what is happening with your Outdoor Camera.
