Trouble signing into my security cameras.

It's never been a smooth sign in - always tool multiple attempts.  Now it's worse.  Any ideas as to why?  Thanks!

Hi @ghanold, 

By signing into your security cameras, do you mean watching a live stream of the cameras' feed? If so, we would want to make sure that both your cameras and phone have a strong Wi-Fi connection. This guide in our Help Center will link you to helpful resources to troubleshoot your cameras' connection. 

But if this is not a live streaming issue, please let me know so I can help further!

@emily_s​ I have 2 cameras.  The inside camera - no issues.  The exterior camera I have difficulty connecting to see the live stream. HOWEVER, it works well connecting with my app. The problem connecting to my exterior camera through my laptop.  I have tried 3 different browsers (Edge, Chrome and Duck Duck Go) all with the same issue.  ONLY affecting my exterior camera.

@ghanold​ When you try to view a live stream of the Outdoor Camera on your laptop, do you receive any type of error message? Or is the screen just blank?

Initially I get a blank screen with white "watch live" message in the middle. If I click on the "watch live" message, I will eventually get a STILL picture from the outside camera. 

If I click on the "watch live" enough times, eventually a REAL live streaming view will appear.  My phone app always works properly.
