alarm disarms itself and no record of it
I turned on the alarm before leaving for a week vacation. That shows up on the History. When I returned the alarm was off, I did not turn it off remotely, and there is no History of this happening.

Did you ever get an answer? My system has done that twice now. It has disarmed itself via the app after I have left and armed it. My timeline shows it has disarmed via the app, while I am driving. I have not handled my phone during each disarm which is documented via a safe driving app. I just spoke with tech support and they jsut had me change my password. Hope that works. They kept asking me if anyone else could have done it and nope, I live alone.
