You can with Android, iOS no.
You need to do it yourself though.
Using other apps like Tasker and plugins (autonotification) or Macrodroid app perhaps & etc. Play store.
There may be a little bit of latency. Those programs can intercept the notifications and recognize words like "motion detected".
So, SS camera motion is detected, SS sends a notification, when received, other apps intercepts notification and looks for words, "motion detected" for example. Or other words.
Activates the profile in other apps, and runs a task, play this MP4 or ringtone on my phone. Stop after so many seconds.
Ai can help you build these profiles and tasks, if needed. Chatgpt, Grok, Gemini etc.
In the end, it’s your home and your safety. Take control — or keep hoping a half-baked cloud company adds the features you paid for. Up to you.

I too would like to be able to assign a different tone to the cameras I have. or at the very least be able to have it be more than just 'blip' sound that only happens for a fraction of a second when motion is detected.
