Panic Button Won't Connect to Base Station (Already changed battery)

I've had SS for years and all of a sudden my panic button won't respond.  Nothing has changed in terms of my network and all all sensors are responding.  I've replaced the battery and even moved the button right next to the base station so there should be no interference but it still does not work. 

I'm assuming the button/sensor in the hardware has failed?  I've noticed a few threads online on this same topic but no clear resolution.

@landcruisertoyota911 IF you are under the FastProtect monitoring plan, call SS, troubhleshoot and then ask for a nc repleacment under warranty. If not, then get your credit card out and buy a new one.

I agree with Captain11 here. Since you already replaced the Panic Button's battery and tried testing the device at a close range to your Base Station, we may need to replace your device. If you reach out to our Support team, they can help you with that.
