Can I use Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant to communicate to my Smart Lock?
Yes. When asking Alexa or Google Assistant to arm the system in home or away mode, the Smart Lock will also arm. However, commands to unlock your Smart Lock will not work for security reasons.  Unlocking your door must be done through the app, PIN pad, Keypad, or manually.

Does the Smart Lock PIN Pad disarm the alarm for my system?
The PIN Pad functions similarly to the Keypad. For example, putting in the master PIN or any additional PIN will disarm the system. Putting in the duress PIN will alert the police as well as disarm the system.  Note that the Lock’s PIN Pad will not arm your system, only disarm. This avoids the
