What Happens if I put in the wrong PIN on the PIN Pad?
You have 4 attempts to enter one of your PINs (opens in new tab) on your Smart Lock’s PIN Pad. Starting on the 5th attempt of entering the wrong PIN on the PIN Pad, the Smart Lock will initiate a number of safety measures to ensure that your home is safe.
