Adding free monitoring months

I have two "packages" from which I'm going to create a single system using just one base (long story). Each package has a 3 months monitoring free. Can I add those to get 6 months free monitoring?

Hi,

It sounds like you've ordered two systems from a retail partner, with a special offer of 3 months for each. Unfortunately no, it will not be possible to combine that service time into one plan.

@gdurday did you purchase a system from Costco? If you did, your three-month monitoring trial should start up once you activate your system.

@valeriemarshall2021 The monthly monitoring cost depends on the monitoring plan you are subscribed to. We recommend checking out the What are the Service Plan Options article in our Help Center. This article lists the features included in each plan (and its price!) so you can find the best option for your needs.

@valeriemarshall2021​ Let me add to the simplisafe_admin comments.  Suggest you call and consider paying one year in advance. Last time I heard SS is offering one month nc if you do, on top of the new customer offer. SS, please correct me if I am wrong.  Also, be aware if you cancel, (you must call in and speak to the "Loyalty dept" and authenticate) which you can do at any time, your subscription will run until the end of the current month; there is no partial month credits.  Not a biggee but you should be aware.

BTW, SS3 and SS as a whole is awesome. I am a customer of 13+ years and have recommended and placed over 30 systems.  Happy Holidays!
