Just installed a system. Want to activate my free three month monitoring plan. How do I do that on the websicte. Perplexed. Have been on the phone with support for 45 minutes and they cannot do it! What's up. What should I do.

Adding free monitoring months

I have two "packages" from which I'm going to create a single system using just one base (long story). Each package has a 3 months monitoring free. Can I add those to get 6 months free monitoring?
