Base Station Solid Red Light

This light has been on for months.  I've tried every relevant setting in the mobile app, pc/browser, and keypad to no avail.  I've reset the base station many times.

@Starminder Have you tried disarming your system into Off Mode and then arm it again into Home or Away Mode as well? If you haven't, I would recommend trying that as well. 

If that doesn't help to clear out this light, I would then recommend connecting with our Support team for additional help.
