Night Vision Video Clips Not Saving On Cloud

Is there anyone have problem with their camera night vision recording? The camera status light shows it recording on, but there no clips show up the cloud. This happen when I updated the firmware.

Just so I have this right, you notice that at night your camera does blink blue (indicating that a recording should be in process) but you do not have any recordings? Do you receive motion notifications at night that the camera detected movement?

As a first troubleshooting step, I would recommend resetting your camera. I'm not sure which camera type you are experiencing this issue with, so I've included links to Help Center content regarding resetting each of our cameras below:
