@netideas Speaking from experience that a friend of mine had with this (And he is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer for a large tech company) I strongly suggest you call support for assistance. There are many moving parts, specially the type of transformer and mechanical chime you have, that change a few things. He called support and went through 3 doorbells (fried 2) but did finally get it to work. Your situation may be straightforward but really think contacting support is the easiest.
