“Off” message is clear.
”Home” message is cut and I only hear “simply”.

Hi @dodavega,
It sounds like you're experiencing this known issue with the Base Station's voice prompts. A solution to this issue is in the Base Station's latest firmware update, so I would recommending downloading this update soon. You can learn more about updating your system's firmware in this Help Center article.
