How do I return some items of my system

I just ordered a system and got too many of one thing. How do I return those??

We do have the 60-day Money Back Guarantee. So you can just reach out to our Support team, either through phone or chat. We can send you a prepaid return label to send back any items that you don't need.

Hi, my name is Janice, and I bought alarm system last month and I need to return some items, but I was told I can only print it out from my email, but I was unable to print the return label from my computer.  So I asked customer service if there was a way that I could have them mail the return label to me. Because not everybody have a computer. I was told there was no possible way.  Can someone help me with this?

I'm returning a defective outdoor camera.  I have the printed return label attached to box and ready to send.  Where can I drop the box off with the SimplySafe return label??

@hankwylie1955​ that depends on what shipping service the label was generated for. You can see on the label itself whether it's for FedEx or USPS.

You can of course find info on your nearest FedEx dropoff locations here, and you can drop off USPS packages at any US Post Office.

I have a indoor camera that I can’t get the video to work on, in comes on and you can hear the sound in the room but No video the privacy shield doesn’t retract as it should

@Bikerdude106 ​ Thanks for the details. If you go on the SimpliSafe app to the three-bar menu > My System > Camera Settings and select this camera > Camera Behavior (choose a system state) - are you able to toggle the privacy shutter on/off here and have the camera react accordingly?

I ordered some Simpisafe equipment in spring of 2023.  The 60-day return window has passed.  I have not installed the equipment.  Is there a way I can ship it back to you at my own cost so that it can be recycled or properly disposed of?

@walterssonya​ Unfortunately if an item is outside its return window we cannot take it back, even if you offer to cover shipping.
