I have a indoor camera that I can’t get the video to work on, in comes on and you can hear the sound in the room but No video the privacy shield doesn’t retract as it should
@Bikerdude106 Thanks for the details. If you go on the SimpliSafe app to the three-bar menu > My System > Camera Settings and select this camera > Camera Behavior (choose a system state) - are you able to toggle the privacy shutter on/off here and have the camera react accordingly?

I have a home unit with another company but couldn't just buy a camera. So if you would send me a return label i will get it sent back to you. Thank you very much. [edited].
