Can I return the base station and key pad only?
I ordering a new bundle with extra equipment, is it possible ro return the base station and key pad only and keep part of the equipment?

@Jsaverlin If its beyond the 60 day return period, my guess is no but suggest you call customer service. Doesn't hurt to ask.

Hi @Jsaverlin,
As Captain11 said, as long as this purchase was made within 60 days you can return part of your bundle. However, please note that the Base Station can be considered as the system, and all of our sensors and devices communicate to it. If you do not already have your devices connected to another Base Station, they will not be able to work.
