Alarm Zones (not just Home and Away)

Not sure if this has been suggested, but would be great to have the ability to choose different alarm profiles other than home and away from the app.

In my app, instead of selecting home, I would select a different alarm profiles that only arms a set of devices to trigger the alarm.

A use case would be that I have motion sensors in all rooms including my guest room, and my default setting for home is to trigger the alarm if motion is detected in all rooms. However, when I have guests staying over, I want the motion sensor in the guest room not to trigger the alarm. For this case I would choose a different alarm profile that doesn't arm the guest room sense to trigger the alarm.
