@davey_d This question comes up a lot, almost every week for the past 10 years. What does your crack team of marcom web dev team have to say about it? If customers are still asking for this information, and you are still telling them how to find it, I will go out on a limb and think it's time for a new design. Wouldn't you agree?
@captain11 this would be a job for our dedicated Customer Experience team. Currently, the primary way we let customers know of permit requirements - especially when customer action is required - is through a separate email. That way, it's easier to search for in your inbox (compared to adding it to the back of the invoice, like we used to).
I haven't seen the question on the forum for a while, so we must be doing something right so far. But there's always room to improve!
