Simplisafe has publicly stated they are "working on" new forums and (gasp) a new CRC for years. A simple, static web page can be done in an hour (hey, take your time, plan it and take a few days) and then post it. Here, let me get you going:
Dashboard, on bottom of page, click here to submit request for system registration form based on your account "protected address". In fact, go crazy and add a "Systems status" page, example : Push alerts down as of 4am Feb 24th, 2023. Status: we expect restoration by 8pm today.
Sorry, but this is not nuclear physics and doesn't need a development assault team. It takes someone making a decision and then having a high school trainee do it. Enough.

But yes, we've been waiting for an upgraded forum and search engine, system status page, et al, for .... oh my, I've forgotten now. I think it's fair to say we've all aged considerably since then :)

I had to search the DCJS database at https://www.cms.dcjs.virginia.gov/GLSuiteWeb/Clients/VADCJS/Public/Verification/Business/Search.aspx. SimpliSafe's DCJS registration number is 11-18053. C.O.P.S. Monitoring (aka Lydia Security Monitoring) is 11-1941.

Hi Fairfax County neighbors- I called the Fairfax county alarm department directly and they told me that because they are already familiar with SimpliSafe as an alarm company, I did not need to fill out the work phone number/fax number/ DCJS number fields on the form. I emailed them a copy of the form and paid via phone. Hope this helps!
