Billing option

This is my first inquiry since becoming a customer last year.  I received an email notification that the monthly billing is going up by $2. Since we live on a fixed income, I asked what options were available to help.  I asked if annual billing was an option.  I learned that was also removed. It had offered to pay up-front and get the 12th free, which would help SimpliSafe receive billing up-front, and the customer would have a lower rate.  Can that please be offered back as an option to your customers?

Hi @Linus,

I'm afraid you were given incorrect information. We do offer an annual subscription if you'd prefer to pay upfront instead of monthly. If you are interested in this option, I would reach out to our Support team to make this change.

Hi Emily,

Thank you for passing that information to me. What I was told was it was originally offered but was removed with the latest changes.  Do you know if the annual pricing is less than the current monthly, before the rate increase?  Thank you!

Hi @Linus,

I've opened up a ticket on your behalf with our escalated support team. A specialist will reach out to you soon to discuss the annual plan, its pricing, and enroll you if you are still interested. Keep an ear out for their call!

Is there a way we can cancel our autopay and manually input the information instead and do you allow for ACH? my accounting department wanted me to inquire.

@financeadmin Unfortunately there is no way to cancel autopay for your monitoring plan, you will automatically be billed on the same day of every month. We also do not allow for ACH, billing needs to be done through a card you have on file on your account.
