I just had to change batteries in the keypad so it would locate the base station and now neither the "beeps" or "voice" is there. So I'm not even sure the system is working.
@ bckinsey01 I am going on the basis you have SS3. If you have monitoring plan Total Command for 24.99 (a bargain btw) put your system in test. You will get an email or text from SS they received the signal and a recorded call from COPS.
