Hello @dndellinger, 

I see that you're already gotten in touch with our Support team to add a new credit card to your account; but if you ever need to update this card's information, or add a new card to your account, you can always follow the steps listed in this Help Center article.

Is there a way to remove old payment methods?  I wasn't successful with that in the choose payment method section.

@cdutton101​ If you reach out to our Support team, our agents will be able to remove any old payment methods from your account.

I received an email today telling me to update my payment method and I'm not even on a monthly plan I talked to one person to transferred me to another and then he hung up on me nice customer service.

@deborahfite1​ I'm sorry to hear about this - this certainly isn't the experience we want you to have. Did you previously add a payment method to your account when purchasing your system? If so, that could have been the card that may need updating.
