Base unit serial number not registering

Trying to set up system and base unit serial number entered I get error code and try again later? I know I have the SN correct. What do I do next?

Hi @shoeaddict68 ,

Of course we would suggest double-checking, as sometimes there are characters that can be easily confused - e.g. 5 and S, 0 and O, etc.

But it may also be possible that your Base Station is already registered under a different email address. As @captain11 says, our Support team can help you find the right account. Both our phone and chat support would be happy to help!

I can't delete the old serial number so I can add the new base station serial number

@bobwin24​ Are you installing a replacement Base Station? Or did you recently upgrade to our Gen 3 system? If you are adding a replacement Base Station to your system, please follow the steps in the guided flow at the bottom of this article to add it to your system.
