Base station updates

what does all this mean? I have had no updates done and have none to be done but yet this has popped up like crazy. Any ideas

@emily_s thank you for the response as I have sent this to messenger twice and got no response and even put it on my Facebook group simplisafe security and cameras owners group and no one had a clue either so thank you.
