Base station restarting

​We replaced our cell module a couple weeks ago but yesterday the base station keeps restarting and disarming.​

Hi @ddiscep ,

This is concerning. Are you seeing any other indicators, like audio prompts or LEDs? And have you checked that the power plug is securely inserted?

It's possible that it's just continually running out of power because of an issue with the power adapter. But we might also want to replace the Base Station. Please give us a call at 800-548-9508 and our Support team can help.

I would be curious what the resolution was as I am having the same issue now.

@todd_8e4847​ assuming that it's not a power issue like I mentioned above, there might be an issue with the Base Station itself. If you haven't already, please give us a call at 800-548-9508 and we'll get you a replacement ASAP.
