The SimpliSafe system is capable of having 6 PINs in total: 1 Master PIN, 1 Duress PIN, and 4 Custom PINs. Unfortunately, you cannot add more than 4 Custom PINs to your system, but we have submitted the request for more PINs to our dev team for their consideration. When we hear more from our devs, we'll provide an update over in this thread.
@financialoffices Sadly it has been over a year since I made the original inquiry about multiple pins with no changes, so I went to a Yale lock for my doors that can have multiple pins and the pin user is identifiable but they still need to know the security alarm pin, therefore, they have to remember TWO pins instead of one. Maybe that would work for you.

I really hope you enable more pins. I would prefer to have each employee have a separate pin. Please contact me if the 4 PIN maximum ever changes.

Can you imagine how many customers and businesses go elsewhere as we need more than 4 customizable PINs. What a great product to be so limited.
