Can't receive alerts by text nor can I set up 2FA or MFA. no texts from simplisafe come in . Please advise.

@elysiamartin777 Call support to troubleshoot, but suggest you set up push alerts from the app in the interim. SS says they are faster and more reliable, yet they use SMS for alarm notifications. That one is a head scratcher.
From time to time we need to re-verify the phone number that is set up to receive texts about your system to ensure that it's still yours. If you go to the "Alerts & Notifications" section of your account, you will see if you need to re-verify your phone number or not. If you do need to re-verify your number, that could be why you haven't received any texts lately.
