SSCM1 Camera with Gen3 Simplisafe System

I have a SSCM1 camera that the previous owner of the house left that I have been unable to connect to our Simplisafe Account.  When I try to connect the camera, we receive the password for the WiFi is incorrect, please try again.  

We do have a SSCM2 that come with the system the connects just fine to the account, however we ere hoping to use the extar camera if possible.

Any thoughts, tricks or something that we missed.

@themarvins96 I have 3 of the1's and know, from experience, there were two issues with some of them and had 2 of the 3 replaced. Early on some of the units had issues with memory and the metal spring that held open the privacy guard (they were initially too thin and broke).  Call SS support, troubleshot and if it won't connect ask SS to replace it. It is warranteed for 3 years so SS may cover it. Heck, nothing ventured, nothing gained, right? Good luck.
