Can't access dashboard on PC.
I have tried for a week now to access the dashboard on my PC (windows 11) and can't. I just get a white screen with the words "Connecting to SimpliSafe...". I have tried Chrome and MS Edge. I have tried enabling all cookies and pop ups. Adding the WebbApp adress to the settings. Can't think of what else to do. It works on my android phone and my Windows 10 pc at work.
Need Help, What am I missing here? I have called Support 3 times with no results.

By Dashboard, I'm assuming that you're asking about logging into your SimpliSafe account here.
It sounds like the one key factor here is Windows 11. Or at least the setup on that particular device. Do you happen to have some sort of malware or adware protection enabled on that computer? That could be blocking the website's ability to keep track of the secure login.
Another possible issue might be your WiFi router, which might also have security settings that are blocking the login. When you log in on your Android phone, is that also while connected to the same WiFi?

I am checking for firewalls etc, but using the same wifi for the other devices and can get in.

Shutdown all firewalls, pop up blockers etc that I could find, but still can't get in. Totally baffling.

Having the same issue. I can log into my account on my iPhone but can't get to dash board.
Can't get to simple safe website on desk top "chrome does not recognize Simplisafe as website"
