app cannot connect

I can login using my web browser on both my laptop and smartphone.   When using the simplisafe app on my phone I get the error message, "Oops.  Something went wrong."  since upgrading the app 3 wks ago.   iPhone 6s IOS 15.7.4  latest app upgrade 2 days ago.

I've wrote and chatted with support several times and they can only read from the "cookie" script.  Thx

Hi @johnagmac ,

At what point do you see that warning message? Is it just as soon as you log in?

We have not received any reports of a recent outage, so this might be an issue with your account specifically, and we'll need to investigate deeper.

I'm having the same issue. I can log in fine on a browser, but it tells me incorrect username or password on the app.

Hi @leslieaj07​, 

I would try removing the SimpliSafe mobile app from your device and downloading it again to see if that lets you log in. If that does not work, could you please send me a screenshot of the error message you see on the app?
