Set n unset alarm the motion sensor is not operational can u send a new one

Hi @yolotelphy ,
First we would suggest making sure that you're testing the Motion Sensor properly. You can follow this guide here.
But we would also suggest reaching out to our Support team, who can take you through troubleshooting, and send a replacement if necessary.
