REFERRAL PROGRAM is not real
I referred a friend through the in-app promotion, and it has been over 45 days since they activated the system. I still haven’t received the $200 gift card. When I called customer service, I was told that I met all the criteria for the reward and that an internal ticket would be filed on my behalf, but that was two weeks ago. Additionally, I was hung up on while asking for details about the ticket so I could follow up.
Seems like this referral program isn't real, don't fall for it!

If you visit the Receiving Your Gift Card from a SimpliSafe® Promotion or Offer article in the Help Center and visit the "Still Need Help" section at the bottom, it will open up a form that you can fill out. Doing so will notify our internal teams that you still require assistance with getting your gift card, and we can rectify this ASAP.
