Mine is rather accurate. Keep in mind that the temperature read out does not automatically update in the app or web dashboard. You need to manually refresh to get the current temperature.
@jb1428 Has your Temperature Sensor been reading an incorrect temperature? I see that you've already reached out to our Support team and they're sending you a new sensor, but if you continue to run into this problem with your replacement sensor please let me know!
Unfortunately we are out of stock of Temperature Sensors for the Original SimpliSafe system. If you want to add them to your system you would have to upgrade it. We do have a great upgrade offer, which you can learn more about in this Help Center article.
