Smartlock not responding message from Base Station but Smart locks work

I have three smart locks, and anytime I arm or disarm my system, my base station says aloud that all three of them are not responding.

This doesn't make sense because I am able to control all of the locks from my app, and the post-arming behavior (i.e. lock the locks when going into Home/Away mode) is working.

At a minimum, this is very annoying behavior. Has anyone seen this before? I have followed the Smart Lock resetting procedure at least 3 times on each lock and the issue still persists.

Mine is the same! Have you found a fix yet? I have been looking and trying what I find with no change.

No solution still - I tried contacting support and they couldn't help. I ended up muting the base station audible warning because it was annoying

Hi @nguyendon ,

Sorry for missing this message.

It sounds like there might be interference getting in the way of the signal between your Smart Locks and your Base Station. Is it possible to move your Base Station to a different spot? Even if it's just a couple of feet away, so environmental factors like dense walls or heavy appliances are less in the way.

Another thing that might help is re-calibration, in case the real issue is a general error that the lock isn't working as efficiently as it should.
