SimpliSafe App unable to load on some iOS devices
We are receiving reports of users being unable to load the SimpliSafe® app on some iOS devices - crashing before even getting to the loading or login screens. You may be able to log into the app on a different iOS device, suggesting that this might be a device-specific issue. The webapp is not affected, and users are still able to arm, disarm, and manage your accounts there.
Our engineering team has rolled out a hotfix to resolve this issue. Please head over to your device’s App Store to update to version 2200.9.1 or higher. If you continue to experience similar symptoms as above, please let us know here.
