YARD SIGN

I can not find how to order a new yard sign. When I try to order one the computer does not indicate how to complete the order. Please advise.

You can purchase a new yard sign at this link. Just choose SS3, then scroll down to the bottom until you see Yard Signs. If you're having trouble finding them, you can also contact our support team who would be more than happy to help place an order for yard signs for you. @alexandria_c​ I was able to locate the place on your site to purchase another yard sign, but I'd really like to get one that has the "Monitored 24/7" indication at the top, as is shown on the SimpliSafe homepage. How can I acquire one of those? Thanks!

I ordered a yard sign+stake and the sign itself was too big for the stake. See attached photos. I chatted with Simplisafe, they arranged to send me a new sign+stake, and I have the same issue. Is this user error or has Simplisafe sent me the wrong sign size two separate times?

@jeremykraker​ if you push the top in will the bottom not bend up and push in the bottom? It does look bigger then normal but just won if it will not bend on the bottom and slide right in.

@jeremykraker​ I'm afraid that you were sent some older signs that do not fit on our updated stakes. Our internal teams have been made aware of this, and these older signs were removed from distribution. If you reach out to our Support team, they'll be able to send over the proper sign.

@justoparmas Recommend you skip the SS sign and purchase a quality generic. I fall into the camp of "Why advertise the system you have?"  And a generic, if a potential intruder thinks it a fake, will make them more careless and more likely to set the system off...although the doorbell and outdoor cameras are a dead giveaway you have a system.

If you use the search tool you will find many threads discussing the pro and con of several actions on this topic,

Like captain said just get generic quality signs on Amazon as I live in the south and the hot summers kill these crappie ss plastic signs and I have to order new ones every single year. I'm not doing it anymore, I'm just going to order real mental signs and don't care what company name is on it.

Cheap plastic lasted 3 years. Great price on the new yard sign at $3.99, but $10 to ship? Why can't we just get the sign without the stakes? The stakes last, the sign does not.

You can also buy them on eBay (brand new). Honestly I bought some for the same price eBay, but I just refuse to pay it to Simplisafe.

I HAVE AN EXISTING SYSTEM . . . . all I wanted to order was an additional yard sign. Why have i found this impossible?

I added to my cart numerous times but it NEVER APPEARED IN MY CART !!  You lost a sale to an existing customer. I just went elsewhere and purchased my additional sign!

Most security companies supply yard signs at no cost, it's advertising their company. 

Simplisafe has supplied them in recent years.
