Panic Button Question
I can not find more information on the panic button. I am using the SimpliSafe system in my business. I am wondering if, when using the panic button, the siren will be turned on or if it is more like a silent alarm? I would like to have one near the cash register in case of a robbery, but would not want it to turn on the siren. Is it configurable so it will work as a silent alarm?

1. On the Keypad, press Menu and enter your Master PIN.
2. Select Devices.
3. Select your Panic Button.
4. Select either option Audible or Silent.
The Panic Button Audible option:
- Sound the alarm.
- Monitoring will call you before dispatching police.
The Panic Button Silent feature
-The alarm will not sound.
- Monitoring will dispatch police without calling you.

When a Panic button is on silent, the only thing that will happen is that, when pressed, your SimpliSafe system will send a duress signal to our monitoring center. Any other part of your SimpliSafe system will continue to work as though the Panic button had never been pressed.
