Doorbell shows motion but no one there
For the last two weeks, starting around 8:30 pm my doorbell shows motion every 3 to 5 minutes and continues to do so until after midnight. I have reset it several times but that does not help. Called SS several times but no help. Can anyone give me some idea as to how to fix the problem?

Hi @rwrmar,
Thanks for the details. One thing you can try is adjusting the motion sensitivity settings for nighttime under the camera settings. By default, this is set to medium, but try low for a few nights and let me know if the issue persists.
