Doorbell Pro will NOT stay connected to WIFI and Access Point is 30 ft away and WIFI signal is very strong

I have been setting up new system slowly and fighting with the Doorbell Pro and WIFI signal. I have a Ubiquiti MESH network (Very good WIFI system )
I have been through 2 Doorbells now but after the initial setup the Doorbell constantly is disconnected. Tech Support has been very bad and I can't seem to get to the next level tech to call me to help fix if possible at all. I keep getting told to get a range extender or move the router closer. THE WIFI ACCESS POINT is 30FT away from the DOORBELL. Signal is not a problem. I am wondering if it is a 2.4GHz Channel issue or if the doorbell is NOT Compatible with Ubiquity access point. Unless I can get some help I think I will be returning the whole system. The Range of the keypads and the sensors to the base station is very short as well which concerns me.

It has been my experience that video doorbells (regardless of brand) require extremely strong wifi signals.  I guess exterior doors and walls filter out a lot of the signal, especially so when that tiny device is sending video and audio signals to the access node. Recieving signals from the access node doesn't seem to be as big an issue.

However, I have had to move my Echo mesh node to the outlet directly below the doorbell, on the inside wall and reliability improved considerably.

I suspect you will have similar issues with any brand of video doorbell you try.
