SimpliSafe has never disclosed user video to law enforcement without the consent of our customers or when legally required to do so in connection with a search warrant. Consumer privacy is a core value at SimpliSafe, and therefore, as a matter of practice, we do not share this data with law enforcement unless required to do so by law.
If a video was deleted from my timeline within the last 30 days, can it be recovered by your tech team? Also is there a way to remove that option from my videos?
@BSimps Unfortunately no, if a video was not downloaded to your device, it will be automatically removed from your account after 30 days. There is no way to stop this automatic removal process.
But if you're asking with regard to a law enforcement or other type of official inquiry, you can contact our Support team, who can escalate your request to a specialist team who may be able to assist.
@dndgib You can see what devices are logged into your SimpliSafe account on the mobile app by navigating to the three-bar menu in the upper left corner of the screen > Account Settings > Manage Logins. The timeline in the mobile app will show if a video has been deleted, but will not include the device that took that action.

I'm sorry to say, but no. There is no way to un-remove videos once they've been removed from your Timeline.

That's why I always look at all videos or if something happened I will download the video to my phone.
