From your home computer log in to Simplisafe, go to view account, look for login info. Where you see the word password click on the word change. A pop up window will display and you can change your password there.

That's where I tried, but after doing as you say there is no place to select "OK", or "Save", etc. I will try again tonight lest something in my computer or the site changed. If that fails I will contact Tech. Thanks
Later I tried and succeeded from an old Win-xp computer. Couldn't do it with Win-10 or Win-7.
