Can't View Camera on iPhone 11xr or ipad

Is anyone else having problems viewing camera on their iPhone 11xr or ipad? The screen is blank for the camera. I've deleted the SimpliSafe app and downloaded again but nothing fixes the problem. I called SimpliSafe and they said it is a known bug and they are working on it. I've had SimpliSafe for 3 years and love the system. This is the first time I have had problems.
Just wondering if anyone else experiencing this problem?
