@joandevito The Video Doorbell Pro has a very small battery within it, but it should get its charge from your existing doorbell wiring. If you received a notification that the Video Doorbell Pro's battery is low, it could be that the device is not fully flush against its mounting bracket.
In this case, we recommend taking the Video Doorbell Pro off its mounting bracket to look at the mounting bracket itself. If it is warped or bent at all, that can prevent the Video Doorbell Pro from sitting flush against it, preventing it from getting a charge. If the mounting bracket is warped, try slightly loosening its screws and then place the Video Doorbell Pro back on it.

The Entry Sensor uses a single CR-2032 Lithium 3V battery. For more details on replacing the Entry Sensor's battery, check out this article in our Help Center!
