Smart lock Mounting Bracket

@Haym917 I had to laugh when I just read your post.  A support agent, when I called to get my kitchen keypad replaced under warranty, asked me to troubleshoot and asked me to slide open the display cover...which, of course, doesn't open.   No, you can't purchase the doorlock mounting plate online.  Call back and politely ask for a supervisor, and if none available, ask for a callback. I can tell you SS is extremely helpful in getting parts to you, often at nc or at a very reasonable fee.

And now, SS: yes, you now have over 4 million customers and are hiring many new agents, but their training is managment's responsiblity.  Please look up this call, identify the agent and get him/her the additonal training they need.

I'm afraid you were given incorrect information, the Smart Lock's Mounting Plate is not available on our store to be purchased on its own. I've sent your case to our escalated Support team, a specialist will be in touch soon to send you a replacement.

I have the same issue . Could you please help me ? 

I am being told that you cannot just get the mounting bracket. That I would have to get a new lock and they are out of stock. Please help.

I also need a mounting bracket for the keypad.  I had some renovations done in my house and it seems one of the workers has lost the mounting bracket. How do I go about getting a new one.
