I just attempted to purchase a few yard signs because the cheap plastic they provide doesn’t hold up. Simplisafe wanted $23 for shipping, more than the
materials themselves. I’m a longterm customer, keep your stuff.
I agree on this. I am a long-time SS customer as well with an enormous amount of components AND have the highest level of monitoring. Seems like we would get free or discounted shipping when adding new components.
Adding to this - surprised to find a shipping charge as I went to purchase expensive additional hardware for my system. Simplisafe, you should reward longterm customers with free shipping at the very least.
I’m also surprised to be adding more components to my existing system and be faced with a $20+ shipping charge for a few lightweight pieces of plastic.
