The Pocket Key Pad and Video Door Bell

It seems to me to be a no brainer that the pocket key pad, the ability to turn on or shut off the alarm from your key chain, would have a plastic cover over the three buttons covering home, away and end.  Too often, my hand or a coin in my pocket will hit one of the buttons and either, unknown to me, put on the alarm or shut it off.  A simple clear plastic cover would rectify that problem.
On the issue of the video door bell, there is no bracket for the camera to turn horizontally, only a bracket for a 10 degree movement vertically. The competition such as Ring, offers an excellent video bell with an appropriate bracket for horizontal movement.

Hi @msaulr101,

Thanks for your input about your experience with the Keyfob. Regarding the Video Doorbell Pro bracket, while it's not available through our site, we actually do have a horizontal bracket for use with the Video Doorbell Pro. If you would like to get one of these horizontal brackets, please call our Support Team at 1-800-548-9508 from 8 AM to Midnight ET, 7 days a week!
